Some neat examples of augmented reality

There is no doubt that the spreading diffusion of visual-enabled phones is going to cause an explosion in the development of [[augmented reality]] applications. I am very interested in image processing algorithms: it really makes you aware of the amazing tasks your visual cortex has to perform every instant. I found two examples of augmented reality for iPhone particularly amusing: one is the sudoko solver, the second is the rubik cube solver.
Watch a video of Sudoku Magic in action
and, even more interesting, read how a similar application (Sudoku grab) works. This latter link has a step by step description of what algorithm were used for the image processing.
Finally, the rubik cube solver.
